$CAFE & Cafe Treasury

$CAFE token is a standard ERC20 token on the Ethereum blockchain. It is the utility token of the Soul Cafe ecosystem. $CAFE will be rewarded to users who stake their tokens, participate in Brewhouse projects, provide liquidity and play an active role in the community.

Our goal with $CAFE is to ensure that users, artists, and the team can align in a sustainable environment.

We designed and structured $CAFE to:

• Reward users of Soul Cafe & Brewhouse projects

• Provide incentives to users to hold on to their tokens

• Create an optional ERC20 base token layer for artists and projects

Our aim is to try and provide various use cases for $CAFE within both Soul Cafe and Brewhouse. Some of them include:

• Mint Collections & Sub-collections

• Engage/ Participate in a project's roadmap

• Upgrade existing NFTs

• Use for IRL experiences

• Earn $CAFE rewards

$CAFE spent in the ecosystem will be sent to the Cafe Treasury Wallet or to the artists. All tokens accumulated in the treasury are awarded back to stakers of $CAFE, Soul Cafe NFTs, and sustain Brewhouse-based projects. This ensures that the majority of $CAFE spent is returned to users who actively participate in the cafe ecosystem.

Cafe Treasury

The cafe treasury acts as a wallet to help experiment and grow the Soul Cafe brand and community. One of our goals is to take the Soul Cafe brand mainstream, and the treasury is established to help accelerate that goal. We will utilize the funds for marketing activations, partnerships, digital and IRL experiences, contests, and new cafe hires through proposals voted by the community.

Source of Revenue:

• 50% of Soul Cafe secondary sales

• 100% of profits from Soul Cafe Merch sales

• 20% of the profits Sprout Labs generates from the launch of Brewhouse collections

Sprout labs takes a 20-30% stake in the projects it launches through Brewhouse. 20% of the profits it generates from the launch of the project is added to the cafe treasury

Cafe Treasury Allocation:

• Cafe Community Treasury (75%)

75% of the cafe treasury will fund community-led projects and ideas to grow the cafe. Soul Cafe and Brewhouse NFT holders will coordinate the community treasury through voting tools like Snapshot. In the future, members will be able to introduce proposals with well-defined objectives and KPIs. Proposals that pass the forum will be funded to execute their ideas.

• Cafe Safe Treasury (25%)

A rainy day fund for the cafe.

Treasury Operations:

• All Soul Cafe & Brewhouse NFT Holders are entitled to (1) vote for every NFT owned.

• Version 0.1 of the Cafe Treasury only allows the Sprout Labs team to create proposals.

• Using tools like Snapshot, community members can vote on proposals.
